Developing leadership and management skills among senior faculty through structured training, promoting ethical leadership, institutional excellence, and effective implementation of NEP 2020 for holistic education and organizational growth.

To train senior faculty members in leadership roles or those likely to assume such positions, enabling effective institutional functioning and implementation of NEP 2020.

To develop leadership qualities through structured training programmes including outdoor activities, teamwork, challenge-based learning, and reflective discussions.

To strengthen vision and inspire transformation in education by promoting holistic development and fostering innovative thinking among faculty members.

To provide induction, mid-career, and refresher training programmes for faculty capacity building and continuous professional development.

To encourage faculty to study and understand relevant acts, rules, statutes, and regulations of Jharkhand and other states.

To train senior academic leaders such as Vice Chancellors, Registrars, Principals, and faculty in leadership, communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, risk-taking, and ethical leadership.
